2022 — 1693 Red Rock - Ventura CA

While we LOVED Ojai (except for the occasional 100º days), COVID had motivated hundreds
of rich LA folks up to our little Ojai enclave, raising the prices of everything
(1101 then priced at $1.8M when 2-years earlier at $1.1M).
Oops…off we go to Ventura, about 15-miles south, and right on the Pacific Ocean.
