1992 - Emerald Island NC

After leaving Archlaw & Tina, I arranged a great deal from the owners of this property 1-short-block from the warm NC Atlantic Ocean to provide a getaway place for me and good times with Will and Kate, on the beach and fishing. The property was a summer rental, so I negotiated a 10-month lease where I paid the owner more than it’s 1991 total income minus it’s income from regular/repeat summer rentals. So, for about $600/mo, I lived on/near the beach, vacating for a few weeks over the summer.
