Christmas in Cape May, NJ
During the winter holidays, Cape May transforms into a nostalgic Dickensian scene along the Atlantic coast. The town’s world-famous Victorian gingerbread homes, historic inns, and gas lamps are festooned in evergreen garlands, velvet ribbons, and warm candlelit window displays. Visitors can take evening horse-drawn carriage tours, sip mulled cider on holiday home tours, and shop along the car-free Washington Street Mall. It offers a warm, timeless holiday escape that feels like walking straight into a vintage postcard.
