2025 — 1114 Paseo Barranca, Santa Fe NM
The fires near Ventura kept getting closer and there were exactly ZERO art galleries, so we decided to try Santa Fe, a renowned city with more than 250 galleries and a vibrant artist community. SF gets more than 300 days a year of sunshine and reasonable temperatures all year around. Our house is 15-miles SE of Ski Santa Fe, altitude 11,400’ in view from our front portal at 7200’. The house that Tracey found is just spectacular, and big enough for me to install a Golf Simulator in what was the dining room.
