I was offered a position in Crystal City VA (moving soon to Washington DC), so we decided that “East of DC” would be best for us — commute via Rt-50. We found this rent-with-option-to-buy in Edgewater (just west of Annapolis. Seemed perfect. Close to water. Lots of land. Stones gathered from Trout Run PA - home of my father’s sister. Must be a cosmic match for us.

Unfortunately, we found many many problems with the self-built house, especially the heating/ac-system that the technician said “needs work every 4-months.” Luckily, this deal fell through and Tracey found the really PERFECT house on Back Creek in Annapolis.
