Our move from Maryland to California began in Ojai - one of the most wonderful towns north of LA. While a short term rental, it was owned by a woman whose mindset was a virtual-Tracey-2: Same books, same practices, and super nice. The golf course “Soule Park” was a mile away and was rated Top-10 Public Courses in all California. Cost was under $20. How lucky??
